Our mission is to invent and build technology companies that improve the lives of Nigerians.
We work through "Ikenga activations"—specific initiatives that use technology to solve real-world national problems. Some we build ourselves, others we invest in and support.
Rather than acting as a traditional incubator or accelerator, we're a systematic builder: creating companies through structured processes, and providing the technical and operational support founders need.
Why "Ikenga"
The name comes from Igbo cosmology. Ikenga represents a metaphysical operating system for excellence—the inner power that converts human potential into concrete accomplishment.
It's a symbol of achievement through action, not through waiting for permission or validation. That philosophy shapes how we work.
