The Problem

Nigerian families are increasingly dependent on supply chains they can't control. Food prices are volatile, quality is inconsistent, and urban dwellers have lost connection to food production.

Our Approach

Agripod combines:

• IoT sensors that monitor growth conditions automatically
• AI optimization that adjusts water, light, and nutrients
• Compact form factor designed for Nigerian homes and apartments
• Minimal intervention - plant once, harvest regularly

Current Status

We're in pilot phase with select families in Lagos. We're validating:

• Which crops work best in the Nigerian climate
• User behavior and maintenance patterns
• Unit economics at scale

What We're Learning

Early pilots show promise, but hardware distribution in Nigeria has unique challenges we're working through.
